运营质量分析报告在科室精细化运营管理中的应用△

摘要:
目的:通过运营质量分析报告全方位掌握科室运营情况,完善科室管理,提升科室运营效能。方法:医院为科室配备专科运营助理,运营助理每月撰写运营质量分析报告,分析科室收入、成本、损益、服务量、运营效率、技术开展、资源配置等情况,发现科室运营过程中存在的问题并及时解决。结果:科室收入结构、耗占比、药占比等指标得到了进一步优化,床位使用率提升,平均住院日下降,运营效率显著提升。结论:运营质量分析报告是运营助理协助科室主任进行科室管理的重要抓手,有助于科室运营效能的提升,推动科室精细化运营管理。

Abstract:
Objective:Through interviewing the operation quality analysis report,to grasp the operation of the department,to improve the management of the department,and to improve the operational efficiency of the department. Methods:The hospital equipped a specialist operation assistant for the department. The operation assistant wrote an operation quality analysis report every month to analyze the department’s income,cost,profit and loss,service volume,operational efficiency,technology development,resource allocation. The problems in the operation of the department were discovered and solved in time. Results:The income structure,consumption ratio,drug ratio and other indicators of the department were further optimized,the bed occupancy rate increased,the average hospitalization day decreased,and the operational efficiency increased significantly. Conclusions:The operation quality analysis report is an important link for the operation assistant to assist the director of the department in the management of the department. It will help improve the operational efficiency of the department and promote the refined operation and management of the department.
