| 特大灾害事件发生后，县级综合医院参与处理医学救援是对医院应急能力的重大检验。通过介绍本院参与响水“3.21”特大爆炸事故医学救援的整个急救过程，提出作为县级综合医院，在参与特大事件医学救援中需要做到快速应急响应、有序急诊急救、规范入院救治、强化后勤保障、协同持续救治等措施，认为医院综合能力提升是取得成功的基础，急诊高效处置是取得成功的前提，快速检伤分类是救治质量的保障，及时开展损伤控制和确定性手术是危重患者救治成功的关键。同时分析县级综合医院在特大事件救援中存在的不足，提出解决思路和设想。 |

| After the occurrence of a particularly disaster，the county-level general hospital’s participation in the treatment of medical rescue is a major test of the hospital’s emergency response capability. This article introduces the entire first aid process involved in the medical rescue of the Xiangshui “3.21” extraordinary -explosive accident. As a county-level general hospital，it is necessary to achieve rapid emergency response，orderly emergency first aid，standardized hospitalization，intensive logistical support，and coordinated continuous treatment in participating in mega-medical rescue. It is believed that the comprehensive ability of hospitals is the basis for success；emergency and efficient treatment is the prerequisite for success；rapid classification of injuries is the guarantee of treatment quality；timely implementation of injury control and definitive surgery is the key to successful treatment of critically ill patients. At the same time，it analyzes the shortcomings of county-level general hospitals in the medical rescue，and proposes solutions and ideas. |
