| 目的：了解低剂量电离辐射对医学放射工作人员血液系统的影响，为进一步改进放射防护措施提供依据。方法：对2018年淮安市825名暴露于电离辐射的医学放射工作人员职业健康监测数据进行统计分析。结果：在外周血白细胞（WBC）计数异常率以及淋巴细胞（LY）计数异常率方面，与对照组相比较，暴露组较高，即差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。在外周血白细胞（WBC）计数异常率方面，医学放射工作人员性别不同导致差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。不同工种的白细胞（WBC）计数异常率差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：低剂量电离辐射会危害医学放射工作人员血液系统的健康，应提升医学放射工作人员自我防护意识，同时加强敏感指标以及放射防护的监测力度。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective：Understanding the impact of exposure to low-dose ionizing radiation on the health status of medical radiation workers，and provide targeted recommendations and evidence for further improvement of radiation protection measures. Methods：The occupational health monitoring data of 825 medical radiation workers exposed to ionizing radiation in Huaian City in 2018 were statistically analyzed. Results：Compared with the control group，the abnormal rate of（WBC）count in peripheral blood leukocytes and the abnormal rate of（LY）count in lymphocytes were higher in the exposed group，that is，the difference was statistically significant（P < 0.05）. In terms of the abnormal rate of peripheral blood white blood cell（WBC）count，the difference was statistically significant due to different genders of medical radiation workers（P < 0.05）.There was significant difference in the abnormal rate of leukocyte（WBC）count among different types of work（P < 0.05）. Conclusion：Low-dose ionizing radiation can impair the health of medical radiation workers.for one thing，radiation workers should improve their self-protection awareness. For another，the monitoring of sensitive indexes and radiation protection should be strengthened. |
