| 目的：将品管圈应用于基于多院区医疗同质化管理的医院静脉血栓栓塞症（VTE）防控管理体系构建，以降低本院及分院区患者VTE发生率及死亡率。方法：2017年10月成立品管圈，按照品管圈活动步骤，在对活动实施前医院VTE防控管理现况进行调查的基础上，确定攻坚点，并设定目标和方策群组。结果：开展品管圈活动后，两院区医护人员血栓防治知识知晓率、患者及家属血栓防治知识知晓率均得到提高；建立了医院血栓防治工作制度，血栓发生数据月度统计分析反馈率明显提高；规范、统一了血栓风险评估方法，住院患者采用caprini表进行血栓风险评分百分率明显增加；加强了医患血栓防治意识，血栓评分高危患者预防率明显提高；住院期间新发肺栓塞患者死亡率明显降低。结论：构建多院区医疗同质化管理的医院VTE防控管理体系的品管圈活动，能够提高患者VTE预防管理的质量，并切实减少患者VTE事件发生。 |

| Objective：To apply the quality control circle in the construction of prevention and control management system for venous thromboembolis（VTE）based on multi-hospital medical homogenization management，and to reduce the incidence and mortality rate of VTE in both branches of the hospital. Methods：A quality control circle was established in October 2017. Based on the investigation of the situation of the hospital VTE prevention and control management before the implementation of the quality control circle，the attack points were determined and the goals and policy groups were set. Results：After the activities were carried out，the awareness rate of thromboprophylaxis among medical staff in both hospitals and the awareness rate of thrombosis prevention among patients and their families were improved. A hospital thrombosis prevention and treatment system was established，and the feedback rate of monthly statistical analysis of thrombosis data was significantly improved . The thrombus risk assessment method was standardized and unified，and the percentage of thrombus risk scores was significantly increased in hospitalized patients using the caprini table. The prevention rate of patients with high risk of thrombosis was significantly improved. The mortality rate of the patients with new pulmonary embolism during hospitalization was significantly reduced. Conclusions：The quality control circle activity use in the hospital VTE prevention and control management system based on multi-hospital medical homogenization management can improve the quality of DVT prevention management and effectively reduce the occurrence of DVT. |
