运用MMOC管理提高民营医院的核心竞争力

摘要:
目的:探讨多维度企业文化管理模式(MMOC)管理在提高民营医院核心竞争力中的作用。方法:2011年—2017年,以创建二级综合医院为契机,对某医院实行MMOC精细化管理。通过接受社会化监督和等级医院评审等形式,评价改进效果。结果:改进后医疗质量日常监测指标升降明显,各项质量指标达标;医院业务总收入较原先增长80.23%;医院专科设置齐全,各学科组人才储备充足,员工满意度高。医疗服务质量得到改善,患者满意度提高,评审前后的患者满意度比较,Z=-11.367,p<0.001,差异有统计学意义;当地居民对医院专科和名医情况知晓率提高,评审前后的医院名望值比较,Z=-4.17,p<0.001,显著性差异有统计学意义。结论:运用MMOC管理提高民营医院的核心竞争力成效显著,值得推广。

Abstract:
Objective:To explore the role of MMOC management in improving the core competitiveness of private hospitals. Methods:From 2011 to 2017,with the opportunity of creating the second level general hospital, MMOC fine management was implemented in a private hospital. The improvement of the core competitiveness was evaluated by social supervision and grade hospital evaluation. Results:After the improvement,the daily monitoring indexes of medical quality were improved obviously. All quality indexes met the standard.Gross income from hospital operations increased by 80.23%.The hospital has a complete set of specialties. There is an adequate reserve of talents in each specialty,withhigh employee satisfaction. The quality of medical services and the patients’ satisfaction were significantly improved after MMOC management. Local residents have increased their awareness of hospital specialists and famous doctors. Conclusions:The application of MMOC management to improve the core competitiveness of private hospitals is effective and worth popularizing.
