| The resident electronic health archives was carried out in Yuhuatai District，Nanjing city，which broke the information barrier between doctors and patients in the past，and more intuitively，dynamicly and accurately reflected all aspects of the health demands of the residents throughout the life cycle. The program not only could help residents to carry out effective self-health management，but also Improve the service accuracy of family doctors and enhance residents’ sense of acquisition. |
