| 目的：探索医院病案社会化管理模式的可行性。方法：通过设计问卷向医联体各家单位了解病案管理现状，了解不同群体对于病案社会化管理的认知及接受程度并分析原因。结果：病案社会化管理模式的接受程度较高，但也存在相应的问题与担忧。结论：传统的病案管理模式已不能满足现有的病案管理需要，实行病案管理社会化模式，是使有限资源发挥最大效益的有效措施。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective：To explore the feasibility of social management of hospital medical records. Methods：A survey was carried out to learn the status of the management of the medical records，and to learn the perception and acceptance of social management of the medical records. Results：The acceptance level of the new model was high，but there were also corresponding problems and worries. Conclusions：The traditional model can no longer meet the need of the existing medical record management. Social management of medical record could maximize the benefits of limited resources and solve the problems. |
