| 目的：加强医院学术论文规范管理，有效规避学术不端行为，优化论文管理流程。方法：以某三甲医院学术论文管理工作中出现的问题为例，运用PDCA过程管理的思路，根据现存问题制定计划、采取措施，并比较措施实施前后学术论文管理效果差异。结果：有效规范科研行为，降低投稿失误率，提高管理人员统计效率和职工及时主动登记论文积极性。结论：运用PDCA方法能有效提高医院学术论文管理质量。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective：To strengthen the standardized management of hospital academic papers to avoid academic misconduct，and to optimize the management process. Methods：Taking the problems in the management of academic papers in a 3A grade hospital as an example，this paper used PDCA process management ideas，and mad plans and took measures according to the existing problems.The effectiveness of the measures before and after the implementation of PDCA was compared. Results：The scientific research behaviors were effectively regulated，the contributor error rate reduced，the statistical efficiency of managers improved，and the enthusiasm of the staffs to register papers motivated. Conclusions：PDCA method can effectively improve the quality of academic papers management in hospitals. |
