| 目的：了解南京市雨花台区水痘疫情动态，为制定预防控制策略、科学开展防治工作提供依据。方法：对2007~2016年雨花台区水痘疫情资料进行分析。 结果：雨花台区2007~2016年累积报告水痘病例1 448例，年均发病率为38.13/10万。男女性分别为803和645例；病例年龄以5~9岁组为主，其次为10~14岁组病例较多。5~6月和11~1月份发病人数分别占年度报告病例数的20.23%和37.02%。学生占病例总数的51.8%。 结论：雨花台区2007~2016年水痘发病率较高，有明显的季节性，学生是发病的主要人群，需加强水痘疫情监测和采取以接种水痘疫苗为主的综合性防控措施，以控制水痘疫情的发生。 |

| Objective：to learn the epidemic situation of chickenpox in Yuhuatai District of Nanjing，and to provide reference for developing prevention and control strategies. Methods：The data of the epidemic situation of chickenpox in Yuhuatai District from2007 to 2016 were analyzed. Results：Yuhuatai District reported 1 448 cases of chickenpox from 2007 to2016，with an average annual incidence rate of 38.13：100000. There were 803 male cases and 645 male cases，respectively. The cases were mainly in 59years old group，followed by 10-14years old group. The incidence of chickenpox was mainly in May-June（20.23%）and November-January（37.02%）. Students account for 51.8% of the total number of cases. Conclusions：The incidence of chickenpox in Yuhuatai District from 2007to2016 is higher，and there is obvious seasonality. Students are the main population.It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of chickenpox and take comprehensive prevention and control measures based on chickenpox vaccine to control the occurrence of chickenpox epidemic. |
