澳门注册医护人力流动现状分析

摘要:
目的:了解澳门注册医护人力流动现状及流动特点。方法:采用澳门卫生局有关2014年及2015年注册医生及护士注册资料,运用SPSS22.0对数据进行统计分析。结果:2015年澳门注册医生和护士的流入量均大于流出量,注册护士的流动率(31.3%)高于医生的流动率(21.3%)。医院医护业内流动的人力占其在职人力的4.2%,院舍照顾机构医护业内流动的人力占其在职人力的29.6%以上。医生的业内流动流向以私人诊所(69.9%)为主,而护士的业内流动流向则以家居及社区照顾机构和医院(51.9%)为主。结论:应采取有效措施,改善医护人力流动状况,特别是改善院舍照顾机构医护人力不稳定现况。

Abstract:
Objective:To explore the current situation and characteristics of manpower mobility of registered nurses and doctors in Macao. Methods:The registration data of doctors and nurses in 2014 and 2015 extracted from Macao Health Bureau were statistically analyzed using SPSS22.0. Results:The inflows of registered doctors and nurses were higher than the outflows in 2015,with a higher turnover rate of registered nurses(31.3%)than that of doctors(21.3%). The number of mobile healthcare manpower in the hospitals accounted for 4.2% of the overall in-service healthcare manpower,compared with 29.6% residential care institutions. The flow of doctors in the industry is dominated by private clinics(69.9%),while the flow of nurses in the industry is dominated by home,community care institutions and hospitals(51.9%). Conclusions:Effective measures should be taken to improve the manpower mobility of healthcare personnel,especially the unstable turnover of healthcare manpower in residential care institutions at present.
