| 目的：探讨混合所有制民营医院如何加强临床专科建设，提高医院整体水平。方法：学习先进医院管理模式，加强医院内涵建设；着力推动专科群发展；健全人才培养机制；重视科研提高能力。结果：医院优势专科得到进一步发展，人才引进和培养取得明显效果，科研成果的数量及质量显著提升。结论：只有切实加强临床专科建设，才能有效提升医院的综合实力。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective：To explore the methods of specialty construction in the mixed ownership private hospital to improve the hospital’s development. Methods：The main methods of specialty construction in the mixed ownership private hospital included learning advanced modes of hospital management，reinforcing hospital’s connotation construction，Comprehensively promoting the development of specialty groups， perfecting the training mechanism of talents，and enhancing scientific and technological capabilities. Results：The superior subjects in hospital were further developed. The talent introduction and training obtained obvious achievements，and the quantity and quality of scientific research achievements ewere significantly improved. Conclusions：Through implementing specialty construction，hospital can establish its brand and improve its comprehensive capability. |
