| 目的：分析疾控机构大型仪器设备档案管理的现状和不足之处，提出档案管理的对策和建议。方法：对大型仪器设备档案从仪器设备采购、验收、使用运行等阶段等分门别类管理，固化档案信息的收集内容和模块，以电子化信息为手段，促进大型仪器设备档案的规范化、系统化管理。结果与结论：管好用好仪器设备档案，是构建疾控机构质量体系的重要环节之一，可为疾控机构提升经济效益和社会效益。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective：To analyze the current situation and weakness of archives management of large equipment in disease control institutionand provide solutions and advice for archives management of large equipment. Methods：From the procedures of procurement，acceptance inspection，usage and operation，the archives of large equipment were managed according to categorization and the contents and module of archives information were consolidated with electronic information，which in turn to facilitate the standardization and systematization of archives management of large equipment. Results and Conclusions：High quality of archives management of equipment is no doubt one of the most important section in constructing the quality system among disease control institution，which could ultimately improve the economic and social benefits for disease controlinstitution. |
