| 目的：加强医疗机构术前预嘱的执行力度，以防范术前预嘱未有效执行引发的医疗纠纷和保障患者的知情同意权。方法：归纳某医疗机构2017年手术医疗纠纷的接待情况，从保障患者的知情同意权角度分析术前预嘱未有效执行引起纠纷的原因，提出完善术前预嘱的建议。结果：完善术前预嘱的规定，根据具体规范告知、明确术前告知内容，维护患方合法权益、完善术前签字制度，加强病历书写管理、保障手术公证效力，加强术前医患沟通，不断完善和健全医疗机构术前预嘱制度。结论：加强医疗机构术前管理和完善术前预嘱制度可通过完善术前预嘱的规定、明确术前告知内容、完善术前签字制度和加强术前医患沟通等方面进行不断完善。 |

| Discussion on Implementation of Preoperative Informing System under the Right of Informed Consent |

| Abstract: |
| Objective：To strengthen the implementation ofpreoperative informing system in medical institute to prevent medical disputes caused by ineffective implementation of preoperative informing system and maintain patients’ rights of informed consent. Method：To summarize the reception situation of a medical institute in 2017，reasons about medical disputes resulted from the ineffective implementation of operating will from the perspective of patients’ rights of informed consent will be analyzed to put forward effective advice. Result：Improving the regulations of preoperative informing system and inform the patients legally according to specific rules，make sure the informed content and maintain the legal rights of patients，improve the preoperative signature system and guarantee the validity of operation notarization，strengthen the communication before operation and improve the system of operating will. Conclusion：The preoperative informing systemcan be improved by promoting the rules of operating wills，making sure the informed content，improving the preoperative signature system and strengthening the communication before operation. |
