| 目的：了解贵阳市高校学生对大学生基本医疗保险政策的认知现状，找出影响大学生医保政策认知水平的原因。方法：采取整群和分层随机抽样相结合的抽样方法，从贵阳市36所本专科高校中随机抽取4所高校，发放400份问卷进行实地调查。结果：贵阳市大学生普遍对大学生医保政策的认知处在基本不了解的水平，其影响因素主要有两方面：一是大学生是否有现实需求（p < 0.05），二是学校是否宣传（p < 0.05）。结论：贵阳市政府相关部门或学校应结合大学生特点，利用信息化手段有效普及大学生医保知识，提高大学生医保意识，使大学生医保政策真正为大学生的健康“保驾护航”。 |

| Analysis of Cognition Status of College Students to Medical Insurance Policy in Guiyang△ |

| Abstract: |
| Objective：To understand the current situation of College Students’ basic medical insurance policy in Guiyang（hereinafter referred to as college student health insurance），and find out the reasons affecting the cognitive level of medical insurance policy for college students. Methods：Using the method of cluster sampling and stratified random sampling，randomly selected 4 universities among 36 universities and colleges in the city of Guiyang，sending a total of 400 questionnaires to the field for questionnaire survey. Results：the college students in Guiyang generally knew about the medical insurance policy of College students. There are two main influencing factors：one is the college students realistic needs（p < 0.05），and the other is the school publicity（p < 0.05）. Conclusion：The Guiyang municipal government departments or schools should take the characteristics of college students into consideration，using the effective information methods to enrich their medical knowledge，to improve college students’ health awareness，and their understanding of health insurance policy for college students to enable the policies to truly “protect the health”. |
