| 摘要: |
| 目的：探究二类精神药品临床合理应用的信息化管理模式。方法：将用药天数限定、单张处方总量、单次使用极量为指标，设置专用处方，并针对特殊情况，开通特殊通道，实现二类精神药品临床合理应用的信息化管理模式。结果：针对临床上二类精神药品管理中存在的问题，医院在多部门协作下，提出行之有效的技术干预措施，采纳恰当的管理策略。结论：信息化管理模式，将医院药学的实际工作需求作为出发点，动态监控医院二类精神药品应用情况，不仅实用性强，而且具有高效性、科学性等特点，具有较高的推广价值。 |

| Objective：Exploring and analyzing the information management model and practice of the second class of psychotropic drugs in clinical rational application. Method：Limit the number of medication days，the total quantity of single prescriptions，the single maximum use as indexes，set up special prescriptions，and open green channels for special cases to achieve information management model of the second class of psychotropic drugs rational application of. Result：In view of the problems in the management of the second class of psychotropic drugs，the hospital puts forward effective technical interventions in the multi-sector cooperation，adopts the appropriate management strategy and applies the management pattern which conforms to the development of the times. Conclusion：Information management model takes the hospital pharmacy practical work needs as a starting point，dynamically monitoring hospital two types of psychotropic drugs application situation，not only practical，but also highly effective，scientific so on，which has a high promotion value. |
