浅谈如何做好干部任用的考察工作

摘要:
目的:探索科学考察干部的体系、机制和方法。方法:收集、统计南京某医院近三年的干部任用考察情况,对考察工作进行回顾性分析,追溯考察不实的主要原因。结果:总结干部考察工作中的问题,主要有漠不关心和胆小怕事、应付和讨好态度、报复和逆反心理、业务不强和走过场思想、考察形式过于单调。结论:公正、客观、全面地考察干部需要健全考核指标体系,完善考评机制,扩大考察范围,考核常态化,形式要创新。

Brief Discussion on How to Perform the Cadre Investigation Work with Good Results

Abstract:
Aim: To explore the system, mechanism and methods for the assessment and evaluation of cadres. Methods:Retrospective analysis was made to find the main reasons of invalid assessment on the basis of the materials for cadre evaluation during the past three years in one hospital in Nanjing. Results:The main problems in cadre assessment are indifference, timidity, pleasant attitudes, revenge, antagonistic nature, weak professional capability, formalism and monotony in investigation form. Conclusion:To make fair, objective and overall evaluation for cadres, the hospital should improve the system, upgrade the mechanism, broaden the scope, conduct normalized evaluation and advance new forms.
