青年医务人员组织承诺现状分析与对策研究△

摘要:
以南通市卫生系统2家医院为例,以随机发放调查问卷的方式,对这2家医院部分40岁以下的青年医生、护士、医技及行政管理人员进行了随机抽样调查。通过运用数理统计分析,得出2家医院青年医务人员组织承诺的现状以及影响组织承诺的相关因素,为医院管理提供理论依据,并针对现状中存在的问题提出对策和建议。

Abstract:
A random sampling survey was conducted in two hospitals within the health system of Nantong by sending out questionnaires randomly to some of the young doctors,nurses,technicians and administration staff under 40 years old. Mathematical statistics was used to analyze the present situation of organizational commitment of young hospital staff and the factors influencing it,which provided theoretical evidences for hospital management. Countermeasures and proposals were also made to address the existing problems.
