目的:利用QCC加强对I类切口围手术期抗生素使用的管理,规范抗生素使用。方法:按照品管圈活动步骤,对2015年全院I类切口围手术期抗生素使用情况进行调查分析,查找不合理原因,制定相应的措施并实施。结果:经有效对策后,抗生素合理率从49%上升81.73%。结论:利用QCC对I类切口围手术期抗生素使用进行管理,管理有效。 |

Abstract: |
Objective:Use QCC to strengthen the management of perioperative antibiotic prophylaxis for type I incision,and standardize the perioperative antibiotic prophylaxis protocol. Method:According to the quality control circle activity steps,the condition of perioperative antibiotic prophylaxis for type I incision in 2015 was investigated and analyzed. Many irrational reasons were found,then the corresponding measures were formulated and implemented. Results:After effective measures,the irrationality rate of perioperative antibiotic prophylaxis increased from 49% to 81.73%. Conclusion:It is effective to use QCC to manage the perioperative antibiotic prophylaxis for type I incision. |
