| 目的：探讨构建科学、连贯、动态的产科临床路径一体化管理体系，寻求产科“优质、高效、低耗”的医疗服务模式。方法：采用对照设计，对实施临床路径组和未实施临床路径组进行平均住院日、平均住院费用、再次入院率、医院感染发生率等指标的效果评价。结果：实施临床路径的产妇平均住院天数缩短、平均住院费用降低，且两组间差异均有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。再次入院率和医院感染发生率组间比较差异均无统计学意义（P ＞ 0.05）。结论：产科临床路径管理体系的建立与实施，一定程度上提高了医疗服务效率，控制了不合理的费用增长。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective：To explore the construction of scientific，coherent，dynamic obstetric clinical pathway integrated management system，seeking obstetric “high quality，high efficiency，low consumption” medical service model. Methods：Adopting the control design，evaluate indexes of the average hospitalization days，the average hospitalization costs，the readmission rates and the incidence of nosocomial infection between the clinical pathway group and the non-clinical pathway group. Results：The average hospitalization days and the average hospitalization costs were reduced. And the differences between the two groups had statistical significance （P <0.05）. The readmission rates and the incidence of nosocomial infection between the two groups had no statistical significance （P > 0.05）. Conclusion：The establishment and implementation of obstetric clinical pathway management system improved the efficiency of medical services and control the unreasonable increased costs to some extent. |
