| 目的:调查分析颅脑手术部位Ⅰ类切口感染的主要影响因素,为制定防治颅脑手术部位感染措施提供依据｡方法:采用前瞻性研究,选取2015年1月1日至2015年9月30日,所有Ⅰ类切口颅脑手术患者进行统计,分析感染率及影响因素｡结果:169例颅脑Ⅰ类手术患者为本次调查对象,其中男性为85人,女性为84人｡发生手术部位感染13例,感染率为7.69%(13/169)｡患者预后恶化或死亡､麻醉ASA评分风险高者､手术过程中输血､术前没有预防性使用抗生素者,发生手术部位感染率风险增高,差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)｡结论:SSI的影响因素很多,应结合患者自身情况,严格掌握每一操作环节,采取严密的预防控制措施,尽可能减少发生率｡ |

| Objective:To provide the basis of reducing craniocerebral surgical infection by the survey of main influencing factor of the class I craniocerebral surgical incision infection. Methods:Take the prospective study on allⅠcraniocerebral surgical incision datas from the date of of January 1,2015 to September 30,2015. Results:There were 169 patients who had the Ⅰcraniocerebral surgical were studied,including 85 male and 84 female.The result shows 13 cases were surgical site infected, the infection rate was 7.69%(13/169). The patients who were worsen prognosis or death, higher ASA risk anesthesia scores, blood transfusion during surgical operation ,none preoperative prophylactic use of antibiotics,surgical site infection rate could be increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion:Many factors that affect the SSI should be combined with the conditions of the patients, strictly control each operation link,adopt significant preventive and control efforts,as far as possible to reduce the risk. |
